If you are somebody who is looking to start dating a shorter girl, or you are somebody who already is, I thought it’d be fun to look at some of the pros and cons of dating a short girl.
Now, of course, this list is supposed to be a bit of fun. Short girls, tall girls, medium girls – every girl is unique and beautiful in their own way! But, this post will be focusing on all those short girls out there, and why dating them can be so amazing.

Pros
There are so many pros to dating a short girl that I couldn’t possibly list them all here, but I’ve listed my personal top 5.
1. Cuddles Are The Best
I had to start with this one because it’s one of the biggest pros of dating a short girl!
They are some of the best people to cuddle with. Whether in bed, on the sofa, or just as a surprise whilst she’s doing something in the kitchen – short girls are a joy to cuddle. Wrapping her up in your arms won’t just make her feel good, you’ll feel great too!
2. Feisty Personalities
This won’t apply to all short girls out there, but I’ve personally never met a short girl who wasn’t feisty. Think Chihuahua taking on a Great Dane sort of energy – short girls generally don’t stand for any nonsense and will call it as they see it. This is such an amazing pro because you know that when you’re with a short girl, she’s ready to passionately defend herself, and those she loves!
3. She’ll Probably Wear Heels
Not every short girl out there will like heels, but some do. This is great, because, let’s be honest, there’s nothing sexier than a woman in heels, and short girls are probably more likely to wear them than anybody else!
4. She’ll Appreciate Your Height More
I know, short girls struggling to reach the top shelf will always be annoying to them, but they’ll at least appreciate your height more than other girls will. Swooping in and grabbing that mug she can’t reach from the back of the cupboard won’t just be appreciated by her, it’ll also make you feel like a superhero. And what sane person doesn’t want to feel like a superhero in their relationship?
5. Short Girls Are Notoriously Ambitious
Maybe it’s because they feel they’ve been disadvantaged somewhat by their height, or maybe it just goes hand in hand with their feisty personalities, but I’ve also never met a short girl who didn’t have big ambitions! Short girls generally have a dream, and they’ll work hard to chase it. And the best part is? Her ambition is infectious and it will rub off on you!
Cons
Honestly, finding cons to dating a short girl was pretty difficult. The following couple of cons probably won’t be seen as cons by many, but they’re worth pointing out anyway.
1. Prepare For Your Clothes To Go Missing… A Lot
Short girls will steal your clothes. Hoodies, jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts, it doesn’t matter – she will take them all and claim them as her own. Most people don’t mind sharing their clothes with their girlfriends, but short girls will wrap up in oversized clothing more often than not – and your clothes will always be her preference.
2. If You’re Used To Wearing The Trousers In A Relationship – Be Prepared For That To Change
I’ve never met a short girl who wasn’t the boss in her relationship. I don’t mean this negatively either, but short girls just have a way of commanding the people around them to get what she wants. If you’re somebody who is used to being ‘the boss’ in your relationships, be prepared for that to change. Short girls might sometimes throw you a bone and let you think you’re in charge. But remember, she’s the one who is really wearing the trousers.
Those are the pros and cons of dating a short girl. On a serious note, height shouldn’t matter in a relationship – just love who you want to love. But, short girls are great to date for a variety of reasons, and I’m sure those of you who have short girlfriends can think of many more besides the ones listed here!
